Yesterday the thought of making pigs in blankets (or "pølsehorn" / sausage horns in Danish) somehow got into my head. This morning - needing something to occupy my time with after a long morning bike ride - I "accidentally" made around 60 pigs in blankets. I gave them a chili-garlic-ketchup sauce inside and brushed the outside with a curry-eggs mixture and sprinkled them with sesame seeds and oregano.
But... that's way too many for me to eat. Oh, well.
