I sent merchandise back to Amazon via UPS on July 2nd. That was A WEEK AGO, and the latest tracking information still only says that it was dropped off at UPS on the 2nd. It's only going 543 miles, from Kansas to Kentucky, and it hasn't been delivered after a week, and they have no tracking update after a week. I think those UPS morons lost the package, and I hate having to deal with customer service - when I can get in contact with them. I wish that Amazon would give us return-carrier options.
