…same as Ford’s gov’t gave developers sweetheart incentives on the backs of Ontario’s health, social services and educational systems.
Meanwhile, we have plenty of empty lots and idle mixed use lands around the city where high-density development could spare virgin and agricultural land, reduce sprawl and save gobs of energy.
Except greed, of course.
So far as I’m aware, there’s only one local developer engaged in anything even close to sustainable housing stock growth.
