I just read a piece by someone who recently discovered the classic Twilight Zone episode "Time Enough At Last".
And that's why one keeps spare pairs of glasses.
And it now occurs to me that when I have run the survival game for people; more have made finding supplies of their medications a priority than have made making sure they will have their glasses.
Probably because most people do not have years' supplies of their meds on hand.
