#3dprinting nerds: I have a hardened steel nozzle that appears to work fine when using PLA/PETG/PC. However, trying to switch to a flex and it underextrudes like crazy. So crazy that the purge line is 3x thinner. So crazy that PLA being purged in free air comes out at 0.6mm but flex comes out around 0.4mm.
I’ve been printing a lot of CF filaments (Prusament), so I’m suspecting a partial clog. I’ve tried cold pulls, running meters of PCCF, PC, PETG through it, no improvement.
