Michelle Obama is an excellent orator but VP Harris is good at it. She has the chops as a long-standing public servant.
With the possible exception of HRC, there isn't anyone better suited to go after Trump about cancelling repro rights. As suggested, Harris will be much louder than Biden about it and that is going to resonate.
And she is new energy that can bring new voters into the tent. Media Inc doesn't understand that's all on the horizon, but it is.
