Imagine how today bad the reputation of corporations and how crazy the stock market is, if it looks quite feasible the mere opportunity of CEO giving order to push an openly faulty update to widely used product to sink own company shares and it is not even matter that they will sink - because today you can get money no matter what - whether you sold shares before them fall, or because you somehow play on market by betting on share will fall, via spread betting or short selling.
