No Dems are going to not endorse Biden this year (AOC just did). But you want max unity energy, going into & coming out of your convention.
It's a TV show for undecided voters, and you also need all activist oars in the water down the stretch of the race.
If Biden resigned POTUS and VP Harris appointed him VP (best way to step down), you'd have gigantic energy.
Odds Biden does that: low. He is dug in. He'd better be right about being able to deliver down the stretch.
