Playing with OISC #programming using an assembler-less #python wrapper. (Or perhaps I should say it uses Python as an assembler?) I have a object to handle labels. Some functions that output code. EG
lam.set('SYS',-1) # Input output and halt address
def add(x, y):
m2msjne('ZERO', y)
m2msjne(x,y)
asm('ZERO:0')
I've made similar things since about 28 years ago, in BASIC. I would use subroutines to make shapes in Conway's game of life, or to make logic circuits in a simple simulator.
