There's an Iraqi bakery in Cary, North Carolina near the Himalayan restaurant we eat at all the time. It's the sort of place where you can browse an impressive selection of well-priced herbs and spices, get lost in the eyes of some slap-your-mother attractive Persian men, buy some bulk grain, or have a cup of tea and some baklava while watching samoon being made. I've never had it before, and I love it.
