Is it helpful for you that #javascript has both `null` ("a errorious stub value assigned") and `undefined` ("no any value assigned, ever stub one") are both present in language? And you can use both of them like some "first class values"?
Or it just cause for you some extra repeating code for checks, such as "a !== undefined && a !== null` ?
