What IS attainable to me is the body of someone who was born with a vagina, went through estrogen driven puberty, and then had top surgery and went on testosterone. That's where I am now. And I don't know if it's my Ideal Body, I don't know if it's what I'd choose in the character creator if there was one, but it's something I feel a hell of a lot better about than what I had before transition.
