Today, I'm trying to model human typing in #python. I use a Dvorak layout, (coincidentally, today's opera is by Anton Dvorak) So if I have the coordinates of keys on a keyboard, and a text, I can calculate how far the fingers have to travel to type it. Maybe, if it isn't too boring, I can use a metaheuristic to find other key layouts. Although it is said, that it is hard to use a different layout. Not impossible though. I once used Qwerty on a loaner PC, till I coded a Dvorak emulator in JS. xD
