Couldn’t brain when work was over so I just made breakfast for dinner.
Scrambled eggs with sautéed peppers, onions, green onions, and feta, with spicy (air fryer) home fries made with Aleppo chili peppers and chicken fat. (The chicken fat was rendered out on chicken thighs I had for dinner last night. Flavourtown.)
