First batch of fully made-at-home (thrown/turned/glazed) pots are back from the kiln and I’m super happy with how they turned out. Not used any of the glazes before and they’ve turned out really nice (although the Blue Rutile is finicky, it seems). No cracks, a few bubbles but generally pretty good I think!

A small beaker style pot, held in my hand. It is glazed a copper-green on the outside with metallic copper oxide patterning, and a glossy white interior.
A decorative vase shaped like two small bowls one inverted atop the other, also glazed in copper green with larger, more substantial metallic patches, and a brushed patch of another glaze layered on top that shows as a green/gold on the upper face.
Another small beaker, glazed in a cyan/blue that breaks to a rusty brown at the rim. This is my favourite.
An espresso/flat white cup, glazed in white with an unevenly-painted blue rim and badly-made handle. My first handle, though, be gentle!
