Obama won 2 out of 2 elections and HRC won the 2016 popular vote by 3 million / the same margin of victory as Bush 2004.
Money appears to be a problem right now, with Biden atop the ticket. If Harris is the nom it will not be a problem. Small donors ala Bernie Sanders, plus the same large donors who helped fund Obama and HRC.
