Trump violated the gag order in the Georgia case when he talked about Brad Raffensperger. But nobody is doing anything about it.
Because they'd have to charge him. So they ignore it.
When they ignored it in 2020 Raffensperger, his wife & his widowed daughter-in-law got serious death threats.
One man who made threats was arrested, tried & convicted in Nov 2023. Chad Stark was sentenced to 2 years in prison for threatening Raffensperger & his family.
