Officially joined Altar Guild at my Church, gonna try to use the time in a meditative way. At the very least, it gives me some small sense of purpose and helpfulness.

The altar at my Episcopal Church (St. Timothy's). Sitting in front of it is a small icon depicting the crucifixion. The altar itself is adorned by a white cloth, two candles sit at either end. An open Bible sits in a brass book holder. In the back are two three-candle holders sitting on either side of a covered holy oil vessel. Situated directly above is a plain brass cruciform. To the left of the altar is a chair, to the right is a small, wall mounted table, the holy Spirit candle hanging beside it, the crucifer mount, another chair sits to the left of the door to the room where the Holy Communion is prepared.
