I selflessly ‼️ volunteered as a taste tester for @JasonTrue as he experiments with the perfect bread for his new bakery, “Nokucheese” (which in Japanese is a terrible pun on where its location: みぞのくち ➡️ のくちいず 😅). Can confirm the sourdough crumpets hit the spot (this one is lathered in butter, but honestly didn’t need it) and I liked the potato bread so much I ran off with a loaf for my dinner! Bread with real taste and consistency: it’s wonderful.
