A rare tale of good service. On Monday, my broadband connection was dropping out. I checked the Virgin Media Service Status page: no known issue in my area.
I ran the automated line tests and it showed a fault at my end. It then offered me an engineer visit at 4pm the next day. I clicked accept.
Mark, the engineer arrived at 15:50, ran some tests, showed me the logs, explained the problem, replaced my cable modem, retested everything, petted my dogs and left.
All fixed in under 24hrs.
