We’re currently residing in the charming #Devon village of #Walkhampton on the edge of #Dartmoor. We’re in a rather splendid little cottage we booked on a days notice - a stroke of both luck and genius.
We had been camping near Clevedon, on Dowlais Farm (highly recommended FWIW) but the storms of the night before last were too much for us, with pegs being ripped from the earth and flooding.
Our Samoyed dog, Lumi, laying, asleep on a rug in front of the fireplace (unlit) in the old cottage we’re stayingwe’re staying In.
