I've said it before and I'll say it again, males under the age of 25-30 should be isolated on an island and only allowed off when basic 'humanity' and empathy is proven.
Or government mandated and enforced hormone therapy to drastically reduce testosterone at the onset of puberty.
If that results in loss of beards and men having breasts, so be it.
