Question on #GDPR in relation to employee data.
I wonder if a certain companies GDPR policy is skirting the line too much.
While I'm perfectly ok interpreting EU law and national implementations, the GDPR feels much more like interpretive jazz than for example the Machine directive.
Would any GDPR specialist (if possible specifically one with Dutch or Danish knowledge) here be willing to give me ten minutes of their time?
