First time grilling quail - turned out great (see 👆) - cooked just right, not undercooked (which I didn't expect) or dried out (why I decided to go with this cook/marinade)
Cooked it essentially like tandoori chicken (which I also haven't made in a long while).

Anyways here are some tips + method (if not exactly ) to grill/cookTandoori style
