ok so 1 meal (usually Dinner) is 'Surprise me', but nearly two weeks earlier when we made spur of the moment, makeshift "Kolkata rolls" with chicken*, kid2 enjoyed it so much, she asked if dinner could be Kolkata Rolls but with mutton (ok lamb).
So of course we complied: partner made the parathas and I made the filling (sous vide marinated lamb, finished fried up in pan). Maybe the best rolls I've made.
