People don't always realize what their meds do for them. I try to keep the kid informed about her meds, but when she goes off them,she often says she doesn't need them. That is kind of a negative distracting thought. I've heard it from others too. Maybe they don't need meds, but quite often, there is a noticeable difference, that they don't seem to realize. It's like saying "walking to school is the same as taking the bus", & not seeing that it's 10k. 🤔
