Ah ah ah but of course - soon after I make the tandoori quail*, I find in the pantry the packet(s) of
Maggi Tandoori chicken spice I picked up in Japan.
No idea how it tastes, I was just intrigued so I picked it up and jammed it into suitcase before we left (hence the dinged up pack).
Hmmm what do I use this on ?
