As @paulie suggested, OQL (oql.avris.it) should refer to ECHR rather than UDHR, because it's actually legally binding and has a court and rulings backing those rights, rather than just "moral and political pressure from the international community".
However, the scope of ECHR is smaller, focusing on civil and political rights, but not economic, social or cultural.
So I'd rather reference both documents. Not sure about the best wording, open to feedback in the MR 😉
