Folks who use large (or small) text, UI in elementary OS already attempts to scale with your text size to avoid a janky looking experience, but I can't draw icons to match every possible text size. Currently we just don't scale icons with text size at all, but with symbolic icons it might not look too bad to scale them.
In your opinion, would you rather have symbolic icons the wrong size, but render crisply or the right size but sometimes a little blurry
