a hero of mine just posted on social media about his most recent struggle with major depression and anxiety.
I don't know this person at all outside of social and public media. He is brilliant, funny, incisive, seems to be very good at his profession. He writes well. He always struck me as very well-put-together emotionally. Rather, he never struck me as someone struggling with anything, except maybe the inability of the world to keep up with his intellect.
One always feels so alone in this.
