I see the strategy in this timing for a SCOTUS reform push. Democrats up and down the ticket have something else to campaign on. It's urgency is near universally accepted outside of MAGA world. All the same, it's so indicative of Democrat's hubris to think this decades-long game of Pervert the Court which Republicans have been been successfully running can be easily undone.
