This morning’s push workout was solid; fine.
But today’s sermon is on the topic of traps. I became a Cub Scout leader ~6 months ago, and yesterday I helped move 6 ~30 kg cabinets; 3’ (~90 cm) wide. You could only pick them up by slapping your hands on the sides and squeezing. Also the room was tiny so I ended up holding them for well over a minute.
My upper traps this morning are toast! They feel incredible, and I’m now wondering how to recreate that motion in the gym. Reeves Deadlifts maybe.
