Some people seem to really hate the homeless. One hand, there are some legitimate, or at least hard to disprove, fears. On the other hand, it seems wrong to penalize, and stigmatize people for not having a house, or bed at a shelter. Some people don't like that people move to places with better services, but at the same time, people could move closer to family. Humans used to be much more nomadic.
