1- Haven't done a for a while (naturally a day late..lol-worked yesterday, off today- could have done SevenOnSunday, but prefer the format of 6 images...lol
It's late in the season here, we've been near frost a few times already + summer has been a bit warmer and drier on average (though not too dry, overall) so, many plants have wrapped up flowering/seeding a bit early. Still, there are things in
details in replies

photo collage in 6 square panels, 3 across top, 3 across bottom, framed in lavender grey at top blending to medium pink on bottom.
all flower photos, medium close; top to bottom, left to right: blue-violet Monkshood -more like tall bonnets for some science fiction priestesses, open at the 'face' end. Single pink flat faced Dianthus flower with fringe edged petals, in front of a large light coloured speckly stone. Cluster of tiny orange Yarrow flower heads, just opening, still bright and small.
Top view of a Clematis flower, separated purply pink petals (sepals? haven't looked this one up) with paler rather wavy upturned edges, several of their mop-head seed heads developing behind. Cluster of several deep pink flouncy roses- rugosa type which means thick leathery foliage and thickish petals. Several long narrow tubular Gentian flowers, a mix of blue adn violet with paler bits, the overall colour combination makes them like they were painted with watercolours.
