On a whim, I picked up the most recent, edition of Donald A. Norman’s “The design of everyday things” in Plymouth the other day. I’ve cited this book so often when talking about the origins of Developer Experience, and my own ideas in that field.
Whatever the practical advice, its greatest value is still in the way of thinking it promotes - remembering that other humans don’t share the same conceptual space, when interacting with what you create, and design is how we communicate that. #dx
