Don't be friends with people who betray friends
Don't believe people who tell lies
Someone who gets jealous will eventually get jealous of you
In general, don't let HCPs get emotionally close to you
If you see someone being cruel, don't make an excuse for them, or worse, justify it with tribal BS
I'm not saying you have to ghost somebody at the first sign of hypocrisy, but if they're consumed by tribalism, rage, hate, sadism, vindictiveness that should raise some serious red flags
