Our cat Bobo is the least domesticated mammal I've ever lived with, I think. It's like, imagine your partner is a witch with a familiar. And like, this creature puts up with your presence, but she's not YOUR familiar. She doesn't bite you, but she doesn't interact with you much except to step on you when you're mostly asleep.
Occasionally, she nuzzles your hand. But mostly, she stares at you expectantly while flagrantly disobeying the rules of your household.
