A few days after the his staff shoved a woman at Arlington, Trump blamed "Washington" & prosecutors for his staff breaking federal law, the rules & regulations at #Arlington. Note how he didn't call out the ARMY. That's because he doesn't want to piss them off. Because it was a civilian, the DoD needs to hand it off to the DOJ. Then a US attorney, would have to decide to prosecute.
