3/3 First question: your baby wasn't really pooping right? (indeed, baby was playing and I was on Wikipedia, but still..).
Apparently after the call ended our PM bitched about "stupid baby drama".
As he had also been seen to be very condescending to our technicians (and there's never a reason for that) the client already had doubts about him.
All this resulted in a friendly email to our sales team and management about wanting a different PM for their projects.
Tomorrow will be interesting :)
