I breadboarded the "impact" part of the Bass++, but it sounded a bit boring to me, so I came up with this circuit to create a transient click with a bit of white noise in it. I think it sounds nice and it should be a good transient for *something*, but it doesn't really fit for a kick drum so I'm not going to use it. Feel free to steal it.
Changing the value of C6 changes the character, I'm not really sure why. In the audio clip the first 4 clicks are with C6=100n and the last 5 with C6=220n.
