Please make the wind stop. I'll live with the low summer temperatures and the endless rain, if you just make the wind stop. Please. It's been weeks. Weeks and weeks and weeks of wind wind wind. Weeks of gale-force gusts, weeks of having to clear plants from even the sheltered part of the balcony. The forecast shows no respite. I may need to send the flowers to their aunt and uncle in the countryside for an evacuation holiday until the wind war is over.
DMI Danish Met Office hour-by-hour forecast for Aarhus today Saturday 6th July 2024 from 6 am to 11 pm. Temperature range from 12 degrees ('feels like': 11) to a high, for one hour only at 4pm, of 20 degrees ('feels like': 20). Cloudburst and thunder and lightning warnings from 2 pm to 7 pm. Rain ranging from 0,1 mm an hour to 2 mm an hour for seven hours. Wind range from 3 metres per second to 12 metres per second. Wind gusts range from 4 metres per second to 20 metres per second. Most hours, the gusts are around 10 or 12 metres per second. It's been like this every day since May.
