Standing on the roof terrace, 50m high on top of Aros Kunstmuseum (Aarhus Art Museum). We're looking across the top of a sea of white wooden partitions. To our right, a taller white wooden curving wall. Above all this, a pale blue sky mostly covered in white clouds. White fills the image, except for, 4 metres above us, a section of Olafur Eliasson‘s 'rainbow panorama', a 150 metre long, 3 metre wide enclosed circular walkway. It is made of glass panels with sections in different colours. We can see the blue section and the beginning of the red section, a shock of strong colour amid all the white. To the right, we see the silhouettes of people walking around inside. Catching the eye, to the left, a single dark figure. One person, seemingly motionless, oddly erect, arms by their side, but from the angle, about to descend an unseen staircase. They look like a character somebody has put on pause in a video game.
