My one semi decent aubergine has been got by slugs! #growYourOwn ☹
A small purple aubergine in a grubby hand, I had been rooting out potatoes, with 6 areas where the slugs have broken the skin. One of them is a deep, cave like hole with dirt at the bottom and a hint of the side tunnel. This is because woodlice have expanded the slug hole to make a nice, damp, bijou residence. There were about 10 of them in there
