Cheeky, lovely, clever. This made me smile. Then it made me wonder if the artist is making a statement, because this utility box is at the entrance to the graveyard.

A long wall, benches, trees, wide pavement by an Aarhus cemetery. In front of us: a big utility box with a small utility box at its base. The big box has been painted with an image of a stereotypical strongman, a white man in a blue vest in front of green leaves, in a squat, his muscular arms and big feet showing on either side of the little box. The little box is not painted, it’s just the original grey metal, except that the fingers of the strongman that have been painted on the bottom, as if grabbing it from behind and underneath. It makes it look as if he is straining to lift the little box. On the little box, someone has graffitied the words: ‘No human being is useless or unproductive. There are only people whose contributions under capitalism are not valued.’ Someone else (I assume) has painted a stick-figure of a white chicken with a confused expression beside this. This juxtaposition left me with an expression like a confused chicken too. Now follows same context description for all photos in this thread, if you want to skip. A council utility box for electrical and technical stuff, about half a metre by half a metre in size, normally grey metal box, typically dirty and covered in graffiti and stickers. They have been transformed all across the city in recent weeks, painted on all four sides and on top with images that reflect something in the immediate neighbourhood. Artist signature: Johan Wiklund.
