A creamy, unpatterned caterpillar with a brown shiny head. They don't need a pattern as they normally never need a pattern as they never leave the bees nests, active or inactive, as larva. They eat the cocoons the bees larva make as they metamophose from grub yo adult bees. They can sometimes pass unnoticed in the dark hive but if the bees see one when you are going through the hive they visibly start and fall upon it and kill it.
