Tried giving up the antacids I take again as they have some nasty long term potential side effects but not taking them involves agonising pain and an even more restricted diet, a bad thing in itself. Suspect it was the beetroot and ginger shots that I made today thats pushed me over the edge. Maybe I should leave out the lemon juice.
Current status is wondering if I will ever dare eat again ☹
