Offering a printer-friendly stylesheet can sometimes help, steering clients away from uploading and maintaining PDF files on websites.

It's honestly not much work, and clients can then just "print to PDF" if they really need a file.

In the screenshot, it's the print view of a newly built glossary.

No header, no footer, no buttons, just the content.
