When #risotto goes wrong … but so right!This #chard and broad bean risotto with air-fried courgette, should be vibrant GREEN! But when you blend cooked green and RED chard (coz that’s what we grew), you get BROWN sludge! 😅 But said sludge stirred into a shallot, garlic, wine, stock risotto base, the resulting taste was still utterly amazing. Strong earthiness of chard all but disappears but it’s silky smooth to eat and delicious. Non-vegans could add cheese if desired. #dinner #recipe #alttext
