Boss of a company I once ran a TDD course for kicking off on LinkedIn about WFH being for lazy and unproductive employees.
When I went to their office, devs were crammed 2 to a 1-person desk. They wouldn't give us a room for the training, so we had to do it in the office surrounded by people trying to work.
The boss's portraits lined the stairs up to the first floor office. And when we finished each day, he insisted on an extra hour of training, which I had to spitball in the moment.
