1/2 Years ago, I bought a coffee grinder ... a manual kind, not electric, made of wood and metal, from a company that specialized in “Amish” style goods. I loved pouring the beans into the little hopper then cranking it.
One day, it stopped working. I took it apart. There was a single *plastic* gear inside which had broken. I called the company to see about getting a replacement. They put me on hold forever, then came back and said they’d issue a refund.
